My Training Path
My training journey has led me to explore various dance styles, from Indian to African, as well as traditional forms like the tarantella. I have deepened my understanding of dance as a tool for healing, training in Trance Dance and Dance Movement Therapy following the method of Maria Fux.
Over the years, I have expanded my knowledge through self-healing courses, shamanic ceremonies, and women’s circles, culminating in 2006 with the discovery of 5Rhythms and Conscious Dance. Today, I am a certified 5Rhythms® teacher at the Waves & Heartbeat levels, as well as a mentor.
I integrate all of my practices into 5Rhythms, using it as a tool for healing and awareness. I work mainly with groups, while also offering individual sessions to support people in discovering their true selves and expressing their unique talents.
I love organizing personal growth retreats in the Italian countryside, where dance, music, and creativity come together with the regenerative power of nature, enriching my work.

The OLLA aps Association, together with the founding members, aims to create a dynamically effective platform to promote, on as many occasions as possible, the management of emotional and physical resources in each individual. Through an awareness of the connection between body and mind, emotions and actions, our goal is to promote the harmonious development of each of us. In essence, our objective is to consciously integrate physical and psychological individuality to achieve psychophysical well-being through a renewed harmony with Nature and the Universe.
The OLLA asd Association directs its attention and activities to everyone, as anyone can benefit from a rediscovered balance between emotional and physical resources. However, we pay particular attention to individuals who need to restore their relationship with their bodies and emotional balance following intensive treatments or those facing the challenges of a particularly stressful life and to the younger generations.
To achieve our goals, we have chosen to harness the potential of free expressive dance not only as a source of expressive development but also as a resource and a means of connecting with others, rediscovering the pleasure of essential, necessary, and profoundly human movement.
