A 5Rhythms Waves & Heartbeat workshop experience.
Together we welcome the new year, dancing with the memories that have shaped us and the hopes that call us forward, honouring the passage from old to new, and letting our joy and vitality shine.
This is our midwinter gathering — a time to come together indoors, to celebrate the warmth of the fire, friendship, and presence.
This year we’ll be moving to a beautiful new location surrounded by nature, near Cortona in the province of Arezzo, Tuscany.
Places are limited to 45 participants — a smaller, more intimate circle than in previous years, a precious opportunity to cross the threshold together, with friends near and far, in joy, presence, and the spirit of the heart.

Olivia is a certified 5Rhythms© teacher with a deep passion for creating authentic connections and community.
Born in London, she travelled through different countries before making Italy her home in 1986. For over thirty years, she has dedicated her life to the study and practice of various forms of dance, movement, and awareness as paths to healing.
In 2006, she discovered the 5Rhythms practice and embarked on a journey that led her to become a certified teacher in both the Waves and Heartbeat levels.
My Musical Brothers
Rishi Vlote.
Internationally renowned musician, master of drums, percussion, and numerous other instruments, with over 35 years of experience in music, meditation seminars, and Trance Dance. In addition to being a talented drummer, he is a music producer and facilitator of events, seminars, and retreats, as well as conducting individual sessions. His latest creations, “Forget Your Limits” and “Shamans Return,” are widely used in seminars and retreats. Rishi is also an expert in shamanic retreats.
Shastro.
Shastro is an accomplished musician and one of the most prominent authors of New Age music in the USA over the last 20 years. He has released more than 18 albums under his name and founded his own music label, Malimba Records, which distributes meditation music worldwide. With over 40 years of meditation practice, Shastro also taught at the Osho Ashram in India, blending his musical artistry with deep spiritual experience.
Our focus is to let go of what has been, to honour the lessons received from the past year, and to awaken our visions for the one ahead — tending with care to what lives in our hearts.
Every year we dedicate some time to a beautiful ritual to close the year. Each participant creates their own vision board — a collage of images that evoke the visions and intentions they wish to manifest in the coming year.
Some participants bring along their vision board from the previous year, and together we burn them in the bonfire outside on the evening of the 31st, singing and playing together as we let go and begin anew.
On New Year’s Eve, you are invited to experiment… with dressing up!
Bring something to wear that’s different from your usual — an opportunity to play with a bit of shape-shifting and let another side of yourself come forward.
It might be your most chic, shabby-chic, retro, futuristic, serious, playful, or sensual self.
Experimenting with how we dress is one of the few chances we have to try on a new identity, just for a moment, and feel how it moves in us.
If you’re not the type to dress up, if the thought of it stresses you for some reason no problem! We’ve always had a lot of fun with groups over the years, where some have a dressed up and some not. So no problem, the choice is yours, the main reason for wearing something unusual is the simplest but most powerful: the fun and enjoyment of the experience. Of letting go!

WHERE WE WILL BE
This year we will be near Cortona in the Arezzo province in Tuscany.
All activities and meals will take place at Terzo di Danciano, where we’ll share breakfast, lunch, and dinner together.
Not everyone will be able to stay there overnight, so we’ve rented a beautiful villa very close by to accommodate some of the participants.
We’ll be between two places just a few minutes apart, both surrounded by nature and full of authentic charm: Terzo di Danciano, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany — a warm, elegant, and welcoming place with a Renaissance atmosphere — and Pugnano Alto, equally cosy and only a few minutes away.
