Una giornata con Olivia a Milano
Sono felice di tornare, dopo tanto tempo, a Milano per offrire una classe serale il sabato e un laboratorio di una giornata la domenica.
Terrò una classe di livello Waves, aperta a tuttə sabato sera, mentre il laboratorio di domenica di una giornata sarà di livello Heartbeat, riservato a chi ha già partecipato ad almeno 15 ore di classi di 5Ritmi o a un seminario di un fine settimana.

Una giornata dedicata al cuore e alle sue molte voci.
Paura, coraggio, rabbia, perdono, tristezza, speranza, compassione: emozioni che a volte ci travolgono, altre si nascondono, ma che tutte chiedono di essere riconosciute.
In questo Day Lab Heartbeat danzeremo lo spazio dove queste emozioni convivono, si trasformano e trovano un nuovo equilibrio.
Un invito a stare con ciò che c’è, ad aprirsi alla verità del momento, a sentire la forza che nasce quando il corpo e il cuore si incontrano nel movimento.
Tutto quello che è nel tuo cuore troverà casa in questo day lab.

A day with Olivia in Milan
I’m happy to return, after a long time, to Milan to offer an evening class on Saturday and a full-day workshop on Sunday.
On Saturday evening I’ll teach a Waves-level class open to everyone, while Sunday’s full-day workshop will be a Heartbeat-level Lab, reserved for those who have already attended at least 15 hours of 5Rhythms classes or a weekend workshop.
ALL MY HEART – 5Rhythms® Heartbeat Day Lab
A day dedicated to the heart and its many voices.
Fear, courage, anger, forgiveness, sadness, hope, compassion: emotions that sometimes overwhelm us, sometimes hide away, yet all ask to be acknowledged.
In this Heartbeat Day Lab we will dance the space where these emotions coexist, transform, and find a new balance.
An invitation to stay with what is present, to open to the truth of the moment, and to feel the strength that rises when the body and heart meet in movement.
