A New Year’s Eve to be celebrated with the aim of offering the Italian dancing tribe which is becoming increasingly international, the possibility of going through this passage which closes a cycle and begins a new one together with friends from near and far with fun and awareness.

Olivia is a teacher, mentor, organizer, and dancer of 5Rhythms©, with a deep passion for creating connections and community. Born in London, she traveled before making Italy her home in 1986. She has dedicated her life to studying various techniques of dance, movement, and self-healing for over 30 years. In 2006, she began her journey with the 5Rhythms practice, obtaining certification as a teacher in both the Waves and Heartbeat levels.

Rishi Vlote.

Internationally renowned musician, master of drums, percussion, and numerous other instruments, with over 35 years of experience in music, meditation seminars, and Trance Dance. In addition to being a talented drummer, he is a music producer and facilitator of events, seminars, and retreats, as well as conducting individual sessions. His latest creations, “Forget Your Limits” and “Shamans Return,” are widely used in seminars and retreats. Rishi is also an expert in shamanic retreats.

The main focus is letting go of what has been, knowing how to appreciate the teachings received from the past year and awakening our visions for the new year while taking care of what is in our hearts.

If you’re not the type to dress up, if the thought of it stresses you for some reason no problem! We’ve always had a lot of fun with groups over the years, where some have a dressed up and some not. So no problem, the choice is yours, the main reason for wearing something unusual is the simplest but most powerful: the fun and enjoyment of the experience. Of letting go!
