Un seminario residenziale di 5Ritmi® – livello Waves e Heartbeat per celebrare la rinascita e il rinnovamento, immersi nella natura toscana durante i giorni di Pasqua.
Easter Dance è un appuntamento annuale che dedichiamo al rinnovamento di corpo, cuore e spirito, in sintonia con il risveglio primaverile. Circondati dalla bellezza della campagna toscana, questo seminario offre uno spazio sicuro e ispirante per trasformare la nostra energia dopo l’inverno e riconnetterci profondamente con noi stessi, con gli altri e con la natura.
La pratica dei 5Ritmi ci guiderà in un viaggio attraverso le mappe Waves e Heartbeat, esplorando il movimento spontaneo, il linguaggio del corpo e delle emozioni, e liberandoci da vecchi schemi ripetitivi. Ogni giorno avremo la possibilità di immergerci in un lavoro intenso e rigenerante, accompagnati dalla musica, dalla natura e dal gruppo.
Come la natura si risveglia dal riposo invernale, anche noi ci prenderemo il tempo per riscoprire nuove energie, lasciando andare ciò che non ci serve più per fare spazio al nuovo. La giornata inizierà con una sessione di yoga, un momento dedicato ad ascoltare il nostro corpo e prepararci al lavoro con i Ritmi, creando una base solida di presenza e consapevolezza.
Immersi nella natura e nutriti da cibo sano e rigenerante, avremo l’opportunità di riconnetterci al nostro paesaggio interiore e di esplorare con autenticità ciò che il nostro corpo, cuore e spirito desiderano esprimere.
Questo seminario è ideale per chi vuole rigenerarsi, rinnovare la propria energia e riconnettersi al proprio centro, in armonia con la forza della primavera e il risveglio della natura.

A 5Rhythms® residential seminar – Waves and Heartbeat levels to celebrate rebirth and renewal, immersed in the Tuscan countryside during the Easter days.
Easter Dance is our annual event dedicated to renewing body, heart, and spirit, in harmony with the spring awakening. Surrounded by the beauty of the Tuscan countryside, this seminar offers a safe and inspiring space to transform our energy after winter and to deeply reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with nature.
The 5Rhythms practice will guide us on a journey through the Waves and Heartbeat maps, exploring spontaneous movement, the language of the body and emotions, and freeing ourselves from old repetitive patterns. Each day we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in an intensive and rejuvenating practice, accompanied by music, nature, and the group.
As nature awakens from its winter slumber, we too will take the time to rediscover new energies, letting go of what no longer serves us to make room for the new. The day will begin with a yoga session—a moment dedicated to listening to our bodies and preparing for the work with the Ritmi, creating a solid foundation of presence and awareness.
Immersed in nature and nourished by healthy, rejuvenating food, we will have the opportunity to reconnect with our inner landscape and to authentically explore what our body, heart, and spirit desire to express.
This seminar is ideal for anyone who wants to rejuvenate, renew their energy, and reconnect with their center, in harmony with the power of spring and nature’s awakening.

Schedule:
- Friday, 18 April: Arrival from 17:00 (dinner at 20:00)
- Monday, 21 April: Conclusion with lunch
Price:
- Early Bird: 280€ (until 24.03.2025)
- Full Price: 350€ (after 24.03.2025)
