A Waves & Heartbeat 5Rhythms level Workshop
A residential retreat-style seminar designed to renew our energy after the long winter months. Each year, we come together to attune to the awakening of nature at this special time, creating a space to rejuvenate body, heart, mind, and spirit together.

Born in London, Italy has been Olivia’s home since 1986. Her life has been dedicated to the study of dance from a very young age, through classical and modern dance, dance movement therapy, trance dance, and various methods for personal growth and self-healing.
In 2006, Olivia began her journey with the 5Rhythms practice , obtaining certification as a Waves level teacher in 2014. In 2022, she further expanded her skills by obtaining certification to teach the “Heartbeat” level of the 5Rhythms.

ARRIVAL & ACCOMMODATION
Arrival from 17:00 to organise your accommodation
Full board accommodation begins with dinner on 18th April and ends with lunch on April 21st. Accommodation includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
It is not possible to participate for individual days or short periods.
Extra meals cost 15€ each.
The hotel accepts payment for accommodation with credit cards or debit cards.
HOW TO BOOK
Deposit 70€
The cost of the deposit will be deducted from the seminar fee.
The balance in cash or PayPal is due upon arrival.
