Our intention is to offer a variety of transformational experiences designed for supporting you in your personal journey and\u00a0nourish community wellness and togetherness. We bring decades of experience, knowledge and heartful humanistic approach into all our workshops.<\/p>\n

Workshops are sometimes in the City, an opportunity to deepen your practice without leaving your hometown or taking a week end trip to another City.<\/p>\n

Some workshops are residential, days in which we meet with other people from different towns and countries in beautiful Italian venues in the Italian countryside. Significant holidays in the wonderful Italian countryside. These events are often accompanied by live music and yoga early every morning available for those who want.<\/p>\n

In these seminars participants not only have the opportunity to dance, there are also activities designed specifically to work on ourselves.<\/p>\n

The opportunity to connect and relax with the other group members in these occasions creates friendships and support during the workshop that continue afterwards for many.<\/p>\n
