For over ten years, I have offered an Easter retreat as a way to attune ourselves to the awakening of nature and to create space for the renewal of body, heart, mind, and spirit.<\/h4>\n

Moving beyond the classic model of a full day of studio dance and into a wider field of experience.\u00a0 Inviting embodied awareness and deep listening to what is moving within us, while also drawing us into the surrounding landscape and the natural rhythms of the land.<\/h4>\n

Born in London, Italy has been Olivia’s home since 1986. Her life has been dedicated to the study of dance from a very young age, through classical and modern dance, dance movement therapy, trance dance, and various methods for personal growth and self-healing.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2006, Olivia began her journey with the 5Rhythms practice , obtaining certification as a Waves level teacher in 2014. In 2022, she further expanded her skills by obtaining certification to teach the “Heartbeat” level of the 5Rhythms.<\/span><\/p>\n

This retreat will take place mostly outdoors, inviting us to move and gather in close relationship with the land, under the open sky of Dagnino and in the rhythm of nature.<\/h3>\n

We will dance on the open-air wooden dance floor \u2014 a simple and beautiful space where movement meets the landscape \u2014 walk through the surrounding hills, and explore movement in nature with wireless headphones (silent disco), allowing music and the elements to guide us.<\/h3>\n

At certain moments we will also come indoors \u2014 in our dance hall at Dagnino, still in the process of renovation but already a beautiful and welcoming space for movement \u2014 as well as in the house, where we can gather in a more intimate atmosphere for reflection, integration, and sharing.<\/h3>\n

The rhythm of the weekend will include mindful walks in nature, silent disco dances in the landscape, and movement sessions on the outdoor dance floor. Alongside the dance, there will be body awareness exercises and somatic practices that I often weave into my retreats, as well as time for listening and sharing.<\/h3>\n

Participants will stay either at Dagnino or in nearby accommodation, and we will share meals together at the house, creating a simple and nourishing retreat experience rooted in community and connection with the land.<\/h3>\n
